My name is Maria Chamie

I have always been fascinated by human behavior — why we feel, react, and repeat certain patterns, even when we consciously desire change.

Before becoming a hypnotherapist, I spent over 15 years working as a Creative Director. My journey took me across Lebanon, Paris, Singapore, and Dubai, where I met people from diverse cultures, industries, and perspectives.

Living in different parts of the world deeply shaped the way I understand people.

Over time, I realized that behind every reaction and recurring pattern lies an internal story — often formed long before we are consciously aware of it.

A Personal Turning Point

My journey into hypnotherapy became deeply personal after the birth of my first child.

I experienced insomnia and an overstimulated nervous system. I could not rest, and traditional approaches did not address what was happening beneath the surface. It became clear that the issue was not simply physical — it was rooted in subconscious patterns and emotional conditioning.

Through hypnotherapy and guided subconscious work, I was able to understand and shift the internal mechanisms affecting my ability to relax and feel balanced. That experience revealed the depth and power of inner work.

It transformed me — and inspired me to help others do the same.

My Approach

I am an Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapist, certified by EKAA Training Institute of Hypnotherapy — an accredited institution recognized for structured hypnotherapy education and subconscious methodologies.

My creative background strengthened my ability to read emotional nuance, understand unspoken patterns, and recognize the underlying narratives that shape human behavior. Today, I bring that same depth of perception into my work.

My sessions focus on creating a safe, confidential, and supportive space for subconscious exploration.

Many challenges people face do not stem from a lack of willpower. They are often connected to earlier experiences, subconscious beliefs, and emotional imprints that continue to influence stress responses, relationships, self-confidence, sleep, and overall emotional balance.

Through guided hypnotherapy sessions, clients are supported in: Increasing emotional awareness, understanding root patterns, reframing limiting beliefs, developing healthier internal responses, strengthening resilience and clarity.

Hypnotherapy, as practiced here, is a complementary wellness approach focused on personal development and subconscious exploration. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
