A Structured 3-Session Hypnosis Program

Releasing the habit of smoking or vaping is not only about willpower — it’s about understanding the subconscious patterns that keep the behavior in place.

 

This program is designed as a guided three-session journey, where each session builds on the previous one to support a deeper, more stable shift.

 

By working with the subconscious mind, we gently transform the internal responses linked to the habit, allowing change to feel more natural and sustainable over time.

The 3-Session Process

Session 1 – Intake & Inner Child Exploration

This first session is dedicated to understanding the emotional and behavioral roots of your smoking or vaping habit.

 

During this session, we will:

  • Explore when and why the habit appears

  • Gently identify patterns and triggers that keep it in place

  • Bring awareness to the internal dialogue behind the behavior

  • Connect with unmet needs or inner childs linked to earlier experiences

  • Begin releasing the underlying emotional drivers through guided subconscious work

 

This session lays the foundation for meaningful and lasting change.

Session 2 – Deep Hypnosis to Stop Smoking

This is the core transformation session.

This session is designed to go deeper into your relationship with smoking or vaping and support meaningful internal change.

During this session, we will:

• Rebalance the energy & body to support change.

• Release any void that no longer serves you.
• Do a hypnodrama with the cigarette or vape.

• Shift identity from “smoker” to “non-smoker”

• Strengthen motivation and inner resources to stop smoking.

 

This is often the most powerful session in the process, where internal shifts begin to feel clearer and more embodied.

The goal is not force — but natural detachment.

Session 3 – Suggestion & Stabilisation Hypnosis

This final session focuses on stabilizing the new behavioral pattern and supporting long-term consistency.
Through structured suggestion-based hypnosis, we reinforce the internal shifts created in previous sessions and support the subconscious in adopting a more balanced response to triggers.

During this session, we work on:

  • Strengthening the new behavioral pattern and internal alignment

  • Reducing automatic craving responses and habitual triggers

  • Enhancing self-control and emotional regulation

  • Building confidence in social situations where the habit was previously present

  • Supporting long-term consistency and stability

 

At the end of this session, you will receive a personalised hypnosis recording to listen to for 21 consecutive days, supporting subconscious reinforcement and habit consolidation.

 

Free supplementary reinforcement session is available if additional stabilisation or deeper emotional work is required.
 

Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes.

Online sessions require a quiet space, stable internet connection, and headphones.

 

This program is a non-medical, wellness-based approach intended to support personal transformation and habit change.
