  • First session: approximately 1 hour 30 minutes

  • Follow-up sessions: 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes

Focused Transformation Program (3 Sessions)

Ideal for: Recurrent emotional patterns/ Exploring the root causes/ Releasing external energies and triggers/ Inner Child Work.

This format allows continuity and reinforcement.

Deep Transformation Program (6 Sessions)

Suitable for: Long-standing behavioral patterns / Deep inner work/ Regression-based exploration/ Internal shifts...

This format allows us to move gradually through deeper layers and address multiple patterns

The Process

Opening Conversation & Clarity

We begin with a guided discussion about what you are currently experiencing — whether that’s emotional blocks, recurring patterns, stress responses, or internal conflicts.

Emotional Processing & Release

Using subconscious techniques, we allow stored emotions to surface and process safely.

 

This can create relief, clarity, and a new internal perspective.

Guided Hypnotic State

I guide you into a relaxed, focused state — similar to deep meditation.
In this state, the conscious mind softens, allowing access to deeper memories, beliefs, and emotional imprints.

You remain aware and in control through the entire process.

Reframing, Rewiring & Integrating

In the receptive hypnotic state, we support the installation of healthier emotional responses, empowering beliefs, and aligned internal narratives.

We close by grounding and integrating the experience so that insights can naturally translate into daily life.

Subconscious Exploration

We gently explore the origin of a pattern or emotional response.

 

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we look at the subconscious imprint connected to the experience.
